COMAS was set up in 1976 as a manufacturer of wood frames. 
In the course of the years, however, to keep up with the market demand, the company felt the need to diversify its products, and in particular the most appreciated of them: THE GRATING. To do so, the company had to equip itself with numerical control machines and equipment made to order, as no machinery was available on the market to suit this sype of manufacture. 
COMAS which started the grating production with a small number of articles, now offers a choice of sixteen kinds of gratings, either mass-produced in strips to meet current demand or assembled in customized versions. 
COMAS’ top of the range is a series of gratings in ramin wood, however a great production flexibility enables the company to meet the demand for any choice of wood, holes and frames. 
COMAS offers its clientele design and technical advice tailored to the specific needs of public bodies, banks, restaurants, bars or private flats. The company’s high expertise is the result of skilled staff and technologically advanced machinery.
COMAS also ensures constant technical assistance aimed at keeping products always up-to-the-minute. 
Last but not least, COMAS has been chosen by great fashion stylist for fitting out their show-rooms. 
COMAS’ owner, mr. Luigi Mantovani, runs the company assisted by his two sons and a staff of 15 skilled workers who operate on a surface of 2000 sq.m.
